Projects – Interpretive TrailThe Interpretive Trail provides students and visitors the opportunity to experience many of the habitats found throughout the preserve in a condensed area located behind our entrance. The trail will include a small pond, wetlands, upland forest, successional forest, brush piles, examples of invasive species, downed trees, and an outdoor classroom.All of this can be experienced in less than 15 minutes in a short walk. Interpretive signs guide the visitor along the trail and will provide teachers with an excellent tool to introduce students to ecology |
